Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Beach Haven, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

2024 Delaware Avenue Curb and Sidewalk Installation from 5th Street To Taylor Avenue The work under this contract shall include the installation of 860 LF of 9" x 18" concrete curbing, 580 SY of concrete sidewalk, 40 SY of concrete apron, 295 SY of decorative stone, and all site restoration required. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. No obtainable documents will be accepted as we cannot guarantee accuracy. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Borough of Beach Haven in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Borough of Beach Haven hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. The Borough further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest Total Bid Amount and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Borough.
