Site work for a civil project in New Carlisle, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The project includes the replacement of the existing Larrison Road Lift Station and force main with a new 9.0 MGD lift station, approximately 4,000 feet of 20-inch diameter force main, manholes, sewer appurtenances, site work, restoration, and demolition of existing facilities. The project is located on the west side of Larrison Road, beginning approximately 4,000 feet south of the intersection of Larrison Road and Edison Road. Said bids must be accompanied with a Certified Check made payable to St. Joseph County, Indiana or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company in a sum of not less than ten percent [10%] of the total amount of the bid, together with a non-collusive affidavit as prescribed in Form 96, Revised 2013. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish separate Payment, Performance, and Maintenance Bonds before commencing work. The Payment and Performance Bond shall each remain in effect throughout the entire construction period in an amount equal to the awarded Contract Amount. The required Maintenance Bond shall remain in effect for a period of five years from the date of final acceptance in an amount of 10 percent [10%] of the awarded Contract Amount. The bidder's attention is directed to the Affirmative Action Requirements and the Insurance Provisions of the Project. Bidder experience requirements are included in the Project Manual related to lift station and force main installation. The Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the one which, in its judgment will be to the best interest of St. Joseph County, Indiana. The Redevelopment Commission also reserves the right to hold Bids up to 60 calendar days from the receipt of the Bid.
