SCOPE OF PROJECT The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requires a contractor to provide services for the Removal and Disposal of 1 Diesel Underground Storage Tank (UST) system, including all associated piping, appurtenances and ancillary equipment (including dispenser). The tank is located at 102 Lewis Road (between Lewis and Agnew Roads), City of Jeannette PA 15644, in Westmoreland County. The tank is registered with the DEP as Facility ID Number 65-81369. The property is owned by Pitzer Transport, Inc, who has failed to respond to dates set forth by the Department in a June 21, 2023 Administrative Order. The June 21, 2023 Administrative Order grants the Department Access to the Property. The responsible contact has given verbal permission to access the property. The Department is also in the process of obtaining a signed Consent for Access to Property.
