Landscape Maintenance for Water & Sewer Utilities Sites. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 Bidders shall not contact any other City employee or individual that may have been involved with the development of this RFB. All questions are to be submitted in writing through the Periscope S2G Question and Answer utility. 1) Upload your bid prepared in accordance with Section 6 (Preparation of Bid) of the RFB. Review Section 7 (Required Bid Submission Documents) for other documents that you are required to submit. 2) Add the Total Base Bid Amount from Attachment E for the price. The City of Santa Clara City is soliciting bids from qualified firms hereinafter Bidders to provide Landscape Maintenance for Water & Sewer Utilities Sites. Please start with and refer to the Request for Bid Instructions for a complete summary of the requirements, RFB process, and submission instructions. The EO directs the City of Santa Clara to take certain immediate steps, including notifying all contractors and grantees of their obligation to comply with existing economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia's action in Ukraine and any sanctions imposed under state law. The City, in its sole discretion, may reject any or all bids received, including separately bid items where a partial bid award is possible under the terms of this RFB and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids.
