The City of Santa Clara ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified flail mowing Contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clear vegetation at the Santa Clara All-Purpose Landfill, located at 5401 Lafayette, Santa Clara, California, 95054, as required by the Department of Public Works. 1. Enter one lump sum price for the 2024 Annual Mowing-Vegetation Clearance Services. 2. Provide DIR Registration number and CSLB license number 3. Upload completed Attachments B and C. Q & A deadline: Mar 20, 2024 6:00:00 PM EDT The City will issue a purchase order to the successful bidder for an initial term of one-year. After the initial term, the City reserves the right to exercise up to two (2) one-year options, for a total of there (3) years. If a Payment and/or Performance Bond is required for this procurement, the Bidder recommended for award must submit a Bond executed by a surety naming the City of Santa Clara as beneficiary for 100% of the contract price within ten calendar days after notice of award. The CITY may accept all or part of the quote, or reject any or all quotes.
