The City of Santa Clara ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms ("Consultant") to provide professional services to develop a 20-year Library Facilities Master Plan with a forward-thinking analysis and consideration of the Library's Vision for 2044, services provided to the community, structures and site conditions, financial sustainability, resiliency, equitable and inclusive access, education and visitor experiences in support of the Santa Clara City Library ("Library"). This is intended to be a master plan including a facility condition assessment. Q & A deadline: Mar 19, 2024 6:00:00 PM EDT The term of the agreement will be one year. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
