This project replaces two pools and the pool deck with a competition swimming pool and a practice swimming pool, and new sports lighting, as well as a new concrete and metal framed mechanical enclosure. Two (2) rinse-off shower areas and accessible hi-low bottlefill drinking fountains will be provided at the existing pool building's west-facing exterior wall and at the tennis court area. A new cast-in-place concrete and metal framed mechanical equipment enclosure with an area of 1,175 S.F. will provide a protected location for the pool mechanical equipment. New sitework will include ramps, raised curbs and retaining walls. An asphalt paving system with tennis court surfacing, regulation court markings and net system will be provided at the relocated tennis court. New non-climbable chain link fencing with continuous privacy fabric screening and access gates will be provided surrounding the aquatic facility and the relocated tennis court. +Utility upgrades will include expanded water, gas, and electrical supply. Improved metering of these utilities will allow water & energy use to be tracked.
