It is the intent of Frostburg State University to select a firm to provide for the installation, operation and maintenance of laundry facilities in the residential living spaces, the Cordts P.E. Center and Stangle Building on the main campus of FSU. Deadline for Receipt of Questions Wednesday February 21, 2024 @ 4:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted in two parts, technical and financial. The sole point of contact in the State for the purposes of this RFP is the Coordinator of Procurement. No State or University employee, official, or representative has authority to change the requirements of this solicitation except the Coordinator of Procurement. Any attempts to contact any members of the evaluation committee or to circumvent this procedure in any manner may be grounds for disqualification of the offeror(s) from the procurement process. There will be no Pre-Proposal Conference. Offerors shall direct all communications regarding this solicitation to the Coordinator of Procurement Alan Snyder at arsnyder@frostburg.edu. Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted to the Coordinator of Procurement in writing by email no later than the date indicated on the Key Information Summary Sheet. Questions will receive a written reply. The University reserves the right to cancel this RFP, to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFP and to waive or permit cure of minor irregularities as its best interests may require.
