The Maryland Department of the Environment (The Department), Land and Materials Administration (LMA), Abandoned Mine Land Division (AMLD), therefore, is requesting Unit Price Bids from qualified contractors to provide a reinforced concrete cap, trench drain and associated piping and asphalt patching to repair a reoccurring subsidence hole in the parking lot of the Frostburg Freeze. The contractor will be required to supply all labor, equipment, supplies, fuel, and all items necessary to complete the work. The MDE reserves the right to reduce or withhold Contract payment in the event the Contractor does not provide the MDE with all required deliverables within the time frame specified in the Contract or otherwise breaches the terms and conditions of the Contract until such time as the Contractor brings itself into full compliance with the Contract. Award will be made to the responsible Bidder who submits to the State the responsive Bid that has the lowest Total Bid Price.
