Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide replacement of pavement, upgrade traffic signals, upgrade lighting, lighting analysis, upgrade striping ingress/egress evaluations, driveway location and re-location assessment, and improve the intersection of 9th Street and the Highway 99 offramp at 9th Street. This request for proposals is for a project-specific contract between the County and Consultant for the performance of services and a defined scope of work related to the Project. This Project's scope includes all services needed to deliver this Project to construction and provide construction support services as needed during construction. It is at the County's discretion weather to award Option A or not. Proposals shall provide a separate cost for Option A. Option A shall be broken down into itemized tasks. The County shall reserve the right to award portions of Option A to the consultant selected. The County reserves the right to request a copy of all digital project files (including CADD files) during any phase of Project's development. It is undetermined at this time if the proposed project will be constructed within the existing County right of way(Option A). If there is a need to acquire right of way due to design or unforeseen conditions, the Consultant must be able to provide Right of Way Services as part of this contract. If necessary, the Consultant shall secure Permits to Enter agreements with all affected property owners.
