The work consists of providing all labor and equipment for the construction of two pickle ball courts as well as associated fencing, parking and walkways, as well as an alternative bid for two additional courts. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 3 months All bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions and proposed improvements prior to submitting the sealed proposal in accordance with this Advertisement for Bids. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Rockland County's Urban Green Space Grant Program with Federal funds obtained through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All federal grant requirements will apply to the contract. Prevailing wages established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply to this contract. All bidders will need to sign and notarize that they agree to this and other applicable requirements for the expenditure of Federal funds in the Federal Clauses Form included with bid documents. The Town of Stony Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to accept any proposal which meets the criteria herein and in the opinion of the Town of Stony Point is in the best interest of the residents of the Town of Stony Point. All bidders must be licensed to do business within the State of New York. Out-of-state bidders must be registered with the Secretary of State. Submissions from all bidders are required to contain a certification of non-collusion bidding pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
