Audio Visual Equipment and Installation Services Audio-Visual (hereafter referred to as AV) infrastructure shall mean the devices required to provide a standard experience in any University space; including but not limited to projectors, flat panel displays, control systems, video matrix switching systems, input devices, cameras, document cameras, microphones, speakers, audio processors, amplifiers, touch panels, rack hardware, cables, network devices, and teaching station/lectern furniture Submissions for this bid will need to be submitted through a sourcing event that has been created on UB's purchasing Platform, which contains all of the necessary information and forms. Instructions on how to access this platform to submit a bid are in the attachments.
