Expansion building construction will include concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, fabrication and erections of steel structure. Construction of interior and exterior walls, provide store front framing systems with glazing. Provide masonry veneer and phenolic siding rain screen system. Contractor shall provide and install all new finishes including carpet tile, VCT flooring, acoustic ceiling system and other items and indicated within the specifications and drawings.
