LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE WORK In case the Contractor shall fail to fully complete the whole work in the Agreement to the satisfaction of the Authority within the time limits specified under the heading Time for Completion, the Contractor shall and will pay to the Buffalo Sewer Authority the sum of ssoomo for each any every successive day, Sundays and holidays included, after the above specified time, for the next succeeding sixty (60) days.
