The BIDS shall be based on providing all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of the HARDEE COUNTY TORREY PRESERVE EXTENSION WASTEWATER & POTABLE WATER IMPROVEMENTS. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment and labor necessary for installation of approx. 1,245-LF of 8" sanitary sewer force mains, approx. 1,850-LF of 6" force mains, approx. 2,030-LF of 10" water mains, including fire hydrants, sample points, potable water services extended to the property lines, and all required asphalt road restoration necessary to complete the project per these Plans and Specifications.
