The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Water Treatment for Closed Loop Systems for the California Military Departments Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC) located at 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders shall meet at the Access Checkpoint to check in with security and obtain a visitors badge. Please allow enough time to check in with security. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
