**As of April 1,2024 project was awarded to Electro-Matic, awarded amount is $181,721.17.** The right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process is reserved by the Owner. The project consists of all necessary equipment and labor to perform the indicated work. This includes removal and disposal of existing lamps or fixtures, along with furnishing and installing new lamps/fixtures/controls throughout each of the following buildings. All other ancillary materials or equipment required to complete installation per the bid documents shall be provided by the Contractor. 1. Tower High School 2. Middle School 3. Hawthorn Building 4. Enterprise High School 5. Briarwood Elementary School 6. Pinewood Elementary School 7. Westwood Elementary School The project also includes partial ceiling tile/grid replacement in the following buildings. The contractor is responsible for removal and reinstallation of all lighting, exit signs, and emergency lighting in these areas. All other equipment (WAP, FA devices, speaker, signage, etc.) will be removed and reinstalled by the school. 1. Hawthorn Building 2.
