This project includes restoration of areas disturbed during emergency water repairs, with work including but not limited to minor earth leveling, removal of spoils, top soil installation, and either seed or sod installation of areas the City of Warren Water Division has excavated at various locations throughout the City of Warren. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Warren standards. These principal items include, but are not limited to: Quantity Unit Item Description: 350 Sq. Yds. Class A Sod 2,350 Sq. Yds. Seed and Mulch The City of Warren requires that all contractors and subcontractors employed on this project, pay prevailing wages as listed in the most current prevailing wage survey of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Wage and Hour Program.
