The work under this Contract shall consist of the items contained in the Pricing Sheet, including all incidentals necessary to fully complete the project in accordance with the contract Documents. The bidder agrees to commence work under this contract on or before the date to be specified in the “Notice to Proceed” issued by the City and to fully complete the entire project within 110 calendar days and shall have the Project ready for final payment on or before September 20, 2024. The Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $ 1,500.00 for each consecutive calendar day the project is not completed as provided in Section 242 of the General Conditions.
