Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Contract consists of the following projects: 1. Viebahn Street - South 10th St. to the Railroad Tracks West of South 26th St. Work includes the Remove and Replace 30" Concrete Curb and Gutter, Remove and Replace Defective Inlets, Remove and Replace Sanitary, Storm and Inlet Castings, 3" HMA Patching, Topsoil, Seed, and E-mat. 2. Michigan Avenue Railroad Track Removal Work includes Railroad Track Removal, 8" Concrete Pavement, New 6" Concrete Sidewalk, Unclassified Excavation, Remove and Replace Sanitary, Storm and Inlet castings, Epoxy Pavement Markings, Topsoil, Seed, and E-mat. 3. North 18th Street Railroad Track Removal Work includes Railroad Track Removal, 8" Concrete Pavement, New 6" Concrete Sidewalk, Unclassified Excavation, Remove and Replace Sanitary, Storm and Inlet Castings, Epoxy Pavement Markings, Topsoil, Seed, and E-mat. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. All work included in Contract WS-24-14 shall be completed on or before the Completion Date or within the allowed Contract Time, as listed below, whichever comes first. Work includes Railroad Track Removal, 8" Concrete Pavement, New 6" Concrete Sidewalk, Unclassified Excavation, Remove and Replace Sanitary, Storm and Inlet Castings, Epoxy Pavement Markings, Topsoil, Seed, and E-mat Contract times on Michigan Avenue and North 18th Street have been reduced by the use ofHigh Early Strength (HES) 7-bag concrete and special conditions for handling traffic.
