Site work for a water / sewer project in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Sanitary sewer replacement along Jefferson, Adams, and Porter with some storm drain rehabilitation and some water main replacement. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be Substantially Completed 135 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. The estimated cost of the work is $ 2340000.
