Ogden City desires to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals who can conduct a comprehensive assessment of how parks are currently being used and recommend strategies to optimize their utilization. The goal is to gather insights, data, and recommendations that will help improve the efficiency, accessibility, and overall effectiveness of park spaces and recreational facilities within Ogden City and its park system. This will also utilize data analytics and feedback to determine what recreational amenities/ facilities are lacking in Ogden City. This study will give recommendations on what amenities should go into each park. And identify gaps in amenities/ facilities. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as it best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. Ogden City encourages and welcomes bids from small, local, women and minority owned businesses and other disadvantaged business enterprises.
