Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The project shall be governed by these contract documents, special conditions, specifics related to the work, and all provisions of the Manual of Standard Specifications and Manual of Standard Plans 2017 Edition published by the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and Ogden Citys Engineering Standards for Public Improvements 2020 Edition which are applicable to the work are made a part of the Contract Documents by reference. The full depth reconstruction of 20th street from quincy to harrison blvd; utility replacement and upgrades for sanitary sewer, culinary water, and storm drain; street lighting installation; and traffic signal reconstruction at harrison blvd. Owner and engineer assume no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of bid documents. Prospective bidders are required to be experienced in civil road construction/utility installation, have a valid e100 license, and need to be in good standing with ogden city The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the city. Ogden city encourages and welcomes bids from small, local, women and minority-owned businesses and other disadvantaged business enterprises.
