Sioux Pass - South NH 62-2(31)21 Contract No.05324 The Sioux Pass - South project is a 15.4-mile-long seal and cover (chip seal) project on MT 16 (NHS Route 62) in Richland County beginning just west of the intersection with 22nd Ave. NW (Airport Road) in Sidney and extending northwest 15.4 miles ending near Sioux Pass and approximately 0.4 miles south of the intersection with County Roads 139 and 140. Contract to be completed as outlined in the Contract Time special provision found in the proposal.
