Replacement and realignment of a pedestrian bridge across the Lower Yellowstone Irrigation Project Canal (L-42-501A) on the south side of W Holly Street (N-62A) in Sidney of Richland County, Montana. Additional sidewalk replacement is included leading to and from the proposed bridge to tie into the existing sidewalk. Contract to be completed as outlined in the Contract Time special provision found in the proposal. This project is under the jurisdiction of the Billings District Administrator.
