Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING WORK: o BASE BID: The work generally consists of installing approximately 5,000 LF of 3-inch HDPE rural water main installed using trenching/open-cut methods and 1,715 LF of 3-inch HDPE water main installed by horizontal directional drilling. Work will include installing 13 rural water service connections on private property. Water services total approximately 675 LF of 1-1/2-inch HDPE and 3,400 LF of 2-inch HDPE. Work will include 3 blow offs, 9 fused gate valves and 18 fused fittings. All work will be completed within County Road rights-of-way or easements. QUALIFICATIONS: Contractor(s) implementing trenchless technologies by Horizontal Directional Drilling methods shall furnish written evidence of experience in performing said portion of work as requested in Contract Documents.
