Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sidney, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project Description: Project will consist of the following sections: 1. Replace (2) H&V units on the gym roof with new package RTUs. 2. Provide a (1) additional RTU for the gym with new ductwork above the ceiling. 3. Incorporate gym units into the existing building temperature control system. 4. Provide new structural steel to support the units. 5. Provide electrical infrastructure to support the installation of the (3) RTUs 6. Miscellaneous general construction, site landscaping/irrigation and concrete as necessary. Project Completion Date: The project completion shall be coordinate at the preconstruction conference. All work in occupied spaces must be completed by August 15th, 2025 extension of time in mechanical rooms and on exterior of the building is possible. Work in mechanical rooms and outside at chiller may be scheduled for completion at the kick-off meeting. All questions must be received 1 day prior to bid opening. Security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The bid security will be retained by the Owner as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a contract within ten (10) days after same is let to him, or fails at the time of contract execution to furnish all post-bid submittals including bonds covering the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising hereunder. Sidney Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality, and is not bound by the lowest bid, but the bid determined by the District to be in the best interest of the District. Submission of a bid constitutes agreement to these terms.
