Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gardena, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project upgrades the football stadium and track including the following work: 1) Temporary Staff Parking, to be completed within the first 45 days after NTP. This area shall be restored to its original function before the project's Substantial Completion. 2) Removal/demolition of existing Ticket Booth. 3) Verification of the topographic survey included in the Construction Documents, to be completed within the first 90 days after NTP. 4) New synthetic all-weather track to replace the existing decomposed granite track. 5) New field event facilities for long jump, triple jump, and high jump. 6) Improvements to the existing shot-put area. 7) New natural grass football/soccer field with irrigation and drainage. 8) New stadium bleachers for the home side with capacity of approximately 3,600 seats. 9) New stadium bleachers for the visitor side with capacity of approximately 1,900 seats. 10) New Press box and sound system. 11) New scoreboard, football field goal posts, fencing, and gates. 12) Site improvements including: I. Exterior painting and interior finish for the home side restrooms/concessions building. II. Exterior painting and interior finish for the visitor side restrooms/concessions building. III. Associated upgrades including: i. Landscape. ii. Hardscape. iii. Infrastructure. iv. ADA accessibility upgrades, including concrete paving replacements throughout the site and restroom modifications at the Main Gym and at the Practice Gym. 13) Requirements from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Division of the State Architect (DSA), Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), and other improvements to ensure compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
