The scope of this project is to install new one (1), one and a half (1 1/2 ), or two (2) inch Type K copper service lines from the water main to a minimum of 18 inches inside the building per EGLE lead and copper rule along 4 road section locations over a 1-year period. The anticipated start date, weather permitting for the 2024 season is no later than April 15, 2024, and fully completed by September 15, 2024. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % -- Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal.
