**As of April 5, 2024, project was awarded to Schammerhorn but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Independence has just completed a recent renovation of the City Hall facility and is now seeking proposals for a manual roller shade for the windows. The City of Independence is seeking proposals from a qualified company to purchase and install manual and fixed window blinds for City offices located at 120 N. 6th St., Independence, Kansas 67301. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Furnish and Install Single Manual Roller Shade(s) with Fascia a. Specify brand b. Warranty 2. Fixed Shade(s) for arched windows (on first floor) will atach to window jambs 3. Manual Roller Shade(s) will be jambed mounted 4. Installation cost will include all labor and materials to install roller shades and fixed shades.
