Interior work is to include the removal and replacement of the existing apparatus room floor. Other site work to include the removal and replacement of the existing driveway and apron. Fire Station No. 4 - Station No. 4 is located at 144 Main Ave. Work to consist of an addition of approximately 480 square feet for a dormitory and toilet room. Exterior site work includes new concrete walkway and the removal and replacement of the existing single ply roofing system. Fire Station No. 6 - Station No. 6 is located at located at 1202 Van Houten Ave. The work will consist of converting an office and lounge area into a dormitory and toilet room, including window replacement.
