The City of Newport Beach ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in assisting the City in the preparation of a Community Plan for the commercial corridor within Corona del Mar ("CdM"). Although the RFP references a "Community Plan," the City is open to other types of community planning documents that achieve the objectives such as a Specific Plan, Corridor Plan, or other plan. The objective of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed one (1) year contract term with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year renewals. Final contract terms, including compensation and length of the agreement are subject to final City and City Council approval The City is not responsible for and accepts no liability in the event a response is late due to any network, internet, or any other technical problem or interruption. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that their Proposal is received before the stated deadline.
