This RFP consists of multiple separate trade groups and licensed trade groups. The Scope of work includes all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for new construction, renovations, repairs and/or improvements to existing buildings and/or grounds. Types of future projects include, but are not limited to, renovations to apartment units, painting, concrete work & masonry, metal & wood stud framing, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, carpet & vinyl floor installation, plastering, drywall installation and miscellaneous types of new construction, renovation and repair projects at communities/properties owned by the Authority.
