Inquiries shall no not be accepted after the due date and time. The contractor shall provide custodial services including, but not limited to: general office and lobby cleaning; a variety of floor care; restroom care; kitchen/banquet room care; window care; and furnishing of approved supplies to accomplish all tasks It is the intent of the District's Standing Order Contractor Program to select custodial service vendors who are capable of successfully executing services for: 1. Existing spaces with and without adjacent occupancy 2. In the District's facilities without incurring disruption of the education environment 3. General infrastructure repairs and upgrades. The purpose of this RFQ is to prequalify several vendors for custodial services for the District's Facilities Management's Standing Order Contractors' Program. The pre-qualification will be in effect until June 30, 2029. Projects will be awarded using the BVSD Board of Education Purchasing Policy. The successful vendor will be awarded a contract to provide the services as described in this RFQ for a period of five years with potential option(s) to renew for four additional one- year periods, at the District's sole discretion. At the time of renewal, the District will negotiate requests for changes to rates subject to Consumer Pricing Index (CPI). The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in responses received.
