The purpose of this contract would be to provide Construction Administration and Quality Assurance (QA) services on behalf of the SCPA during construction of the Heavy Lift Maintenance Building (HLMB) project. The tasks will include but are not limited to: QA testing of the contractor’s work, perform onsite construction observation and review of project progress, Coordination with SCPA Daily Operations, Conducting weekly progress meetings and developing their subsequent minutes, organizing submittal and RFI reviews via a project management and document software, maintenance of a Construction Risk Register, as well as review of documents such as Application for Payment and Change Order Requests. Additional tasks are listed in Section 3.2.
