The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project: Bid 2024-21 RHES Portable Classroom Addition The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to the District for any damages arising as a result of the Contractor's failure to comply with this obligation. Such submission, if any, must be sent to the Purchasing Department by emailing Gayle McCormick, gmccormick@powayusd.com no later than 10:00am on March 1, 2024. Bids must be delivered to the district at the following location: 13626 Twin Peaks Road, Building 700, Poway, CA 92064, and shall be labeled Bid 2024-21 RHES Portable Classroom Addition, Attention: Purchasing Department. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
