Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work of this Contract is generally described as removal and replacement of multiple roofs at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. A more specific list of Work is provided below: 1. Remove, salvage, and reinstall the rooftop-mounted equipment and ductwork necessary to accommodate the roof Work. 2. Disconnect and reconnect the electrical power to the HVAC equipment that must be removed to perform the roof Work. 3. Isolate, disconnect, and reconnect the natural gas supply to the HVAC equipment that must be removed to perform the roof Work. 4. Remove the existing roof (tapered insulation, membrane, flashings, wood nailers, support blocks, etc.). 5. Install the new roof (tapered insulation, membrane, flashings, treated wood nailers, supports blocks, etc.). 6. Remove, salvage, and reinstall the roof-mounted air terminals and associated wiring necessary to accommodate the roof Work. 7. Install new roof-mounted guardrails. 8. Prepare surface, clean and recoat existing gas piping. 9. Prepare surface, clean and recoat existing steel pipe supports. Pre-Qualification: Yes
