The Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority ("BMHA") hereby requests proposals ("RFP") from qualified landscaping companies to provide landscaping services including, but not limited to grass cutting, grass trimming (weed whacking), and bush trimming, as described fully in Subsection III of this RFP, for twenty-four (24) Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority ("BMHA") housing developments as outlined below. . Each Responder must complete all necessary paperwork contained within this request for proposals and return all completed paperwork to the BMHA within the designated time period as indicated in this request for proposals. To achieve a high level of diversity between similar/smaller companies, responses must include a discussion of the approach and methods your team will utilize to assure significant contracting opportunities for minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises. It is goal of the BMHA that a minimum of 20 percent of the contract be subcontracted to minority or women business enterprise(s). The BMHA is seeking landscaping services for the Work Sites, as described below, from May 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 ("Term"). The successful Responders will provide all requested landscaping services and will furnish all equipment and labor for their Work. The BMHA reserves the right to select multiple Responders to perform the services described in this RFP and may select a Responder for any of the Work Sites the Responder identifies in the response. Please note, BMHA reserves the right to select which work sites will be considered after responses are received.
