Single Engine Truck Mounted Combination Sewer Cleaner Questions regarding the documents shall be submitted in writing to Jerry Carpenter, Equipment Supervisor at jcarpenter@bsb.mt.gov. All Bids must be accompanied by an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the Bid proposal in the form of (a) lawful moneys of the United States; (b) cashier's check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Montana, or by any banking corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Montana; (c) a Bid bond or bonds executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana. 1. All Bids received by the stated hour will be opened. 2. Prior to an award of a Contract, the Butte-Silver Bow Government may require evidence of responsibility from the Bidder; the Bidder shall furnish information and data as requested for this purpose. 3. Prior to an award of a Contract, the Butte-Silver Bow Government shall require a date of delivery of the finished product. If the date of delivery is unreasonable, Butte-Silver Bow may reject the Bid. 4. If a Contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest Bid, complying with the conditions of these specifications. 5. Butte-Silver Bow Government reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waiver any informality in Bids received whenever rejection or waiver is in its interest. The Council of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Proposals.
