LED Lighting Replacement, Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center DESCRIPTION 1. The Contract Documents cover the purchase of various materials for a LED Lighting Replacement Project for the Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center. The unit price for each item shall be F.O.B. Butte-Silver Bow, 155 West Granite, Butte, Montana. BID SECURITY (Bid Bond) 1. All Bids must be accompanied by an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the Bid proposal in the form of (a) lawful moneys of the United States; (b) cashier's check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Montana, or by any banking corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Montana; (c) a Bid bond or bonds executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana. These securities will be forfeited to the Butte-Silver Bow Government as liquidated damages if the requirements in the way of contract are not entered into within fifteen (15) days after the date of award by the Council of Commissioners. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as soon as practicable after opening of Bids. A Completed Penal Sum Form (Appendix B) shall be attached with the bond for this contract.
