These securities will be forfeited to the Butte-Silver Bow Government as liquidated damages if the requirements in the way of contract are not entered into within fifteen (15) days after the date of award by the Council of Commissioners. Federal Excise, local or state tax should not be included in the Bids as Butte-Silver Bow is exempt from it. The successful Bidder shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to, Section 2 Clause, equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal labor Standards and Civil Rights Act and 200.320. The Council of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Proposals. The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow (BSB) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the removal of 175 dead or dying trees located at Stodden Park and work must be completed within five years. The project aims to address safety concerns and improve the aesthetic appeal, and health of the park environment. This project is funded through a United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service Inflation Reduction Act grant.
