All Bids must be accompanied by an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the Bid Proposed in the form of (a) lawful monies of the United States; (b) a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Montana; (c) a bid bond or bonds executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana. These securities will be forfeited to the Butte-Silver Bow Government as liquidated damages if the requirements in the way of contract are not entered into within fifteen (15) days after the date of award by the Council of Commissioners. Federal Excise, local or state tax should not be included in the Bids as Butte-Silver Bow is exempt from it. The successful Bidder shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to, Section 2 Clause, equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal labor Standards and Civil Rights Act. The Council of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Proposals.
