Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the cosmetic demolition and renovation of an existing multi-purpose boardroom and meeting room. The renovation will include new partitions, bulkheads, finishes (flooring paint, ceilings), lighting, power, data and AV systems. Minor HVAC and plumbing modifications will be required along with fire alarm system modifications. The work will occur in room 2M70 in Manitoba Hall located at 515 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg Manitoba; and identified as the University of Winnipeg Centennial Hall complex. The contract will come into effect ASAP, once project is awarded. The successful bidder will be expected to provide material and labor in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder. Question deadline: Feb 22, 2024 at 3 pm submit any questions that they may have pertaining to this RFP prior to submitting their Proposal Via Electronically.
