The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the replacement of existing windows at the Gerald R. Hinzman Center, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on May 24, 2024 and end on August 27, 2024.
