Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City intends to decommission ten (10) underground injection controls (UICs) that receive municipal stormwater. The work is primarily retrofitting seven (7) drywells into manholes, removing one (1) drywell, and abandoning one (1) drywell, and one (1) infiltration trench in place. Scope: Ten (10) UICs, located in 4 areas of the City, will be decommissioned through removal, abandonment-inplace, and retrofits. The retrofits will change drywells to manholes by blocking the drywell perforations to prevent infiltration into adjacent soil. Drywells are confined spaces so crews must be certified and follow confined space procedures. The UICs are located on the west side of the City. This project is subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Engineer's Estimate: $150,000 - $200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
