This project will include labor, material, equipment, and supervision to update the clerical area of the Danville Health Department. This project will include labor, material, equipment, and supervision to update the clerical area of the Danville Health Department including removing all wallpaper from the walls of the three rooms that have wallpaper; removing rubber base around floor; patch and prep drywall and get ready for paint; paint walls of offices; install LVP flooring and new rubber base in three offices; install "L" shaped plastic laminate counter in reception office with a 3-foot base cabinet located on each end of the counter; install a 3 x 10 plastic laminate writing ledge in front of reception window; remove existing reception window and plastic laminate still under window; install new plastic laminate sill for new window that is wide enough for the writing ledge in front of the reception window; install new dark bronze aluminum frame and bullet-proof glass in opening for reception window in similar configuration of old window; center glass will have a deal tray and a natural voice speak device. The Virginia Department of Health reserves the right to cancel and terminate any resulting contract, in part or in whole, without penalty, upon 60 days written notice to the contractor. In the event the initial contract period is for more than 12 months, the resulting contract may also be terminated by the contractor, without penalty, after the initial 12 months of the contract period upon 60 days written notice to the other party. Any contract cancellation notice shall not relieve the contractor of the obligation to deliver and/or perform on all outstanding orders issued prior to the effective date of cancellation.
