MCA Small Laboratory Equipment. This section should specifically outline proposed staff's experience with and ability to provide all services outlined in the Scope of Work. The anticipated period of performance is on/about February 19, 2024, through June 30, 2024. Project Cost Class A - Up to $100,000 The Maryland Cannabis Administration Commission (MCA or Administration) is seeking a vendor to procure and secure laboratory equipment to support the MCA's efforts in analysis and post analysis of cannabis products. MCA reserves the right to reduce or withhold contract payment in the event the Contractor does not provide all required deliverables within the time frame specified in the contract or in the event that the Contractor otherwise materially breaches the terms and conditions of the contract.
