In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Remove and dispose of existing wall components as indicated, including damaged brick, mortar materials, sealant materials, damaged insulated glass units, and damaged concrete materials (Division 02 Section "Selective Structure Demolition"). Remove and replace damaged brick masonry. Repoint brick masonry where indicated (Division 04 Section "Maintenance ofUnit Masonry"). Provide horizontal mortar joint repairs, including the installation of retrofit helical ties (Division 04 Section "Maintenance ofUnit Masonry"). Remove vegetative growth and clean masonry (Division 04 Section "Maintenance ofUnit Masonry"). Provide new masonry throughwall flashings at window heads, grade level, and where indicated (Division 07 Section "Sheet Metal Flashings and Trim"). Provide continuous sealant and backer rod at wall openings to include windows, exterior window sill stone, louvers, and doors. Wet seal windows at locations indicated (Division 07 Section "Joint Sealants"). Provide continuous sealant and backer rod at existing vertical controljoints. At locations indicated, saw cut new vertical controljoints and provide continuous backer rod and sealant (Division 07 Section "Joint Sealants"). Provide insulated glass units at locations indicated (Division 08 Section "Glazing"). Prepare, prime, and paint exterior surfaces where indicated (Division 09 Section "Painting"). Disconnect and reconnect existing mechanical/electrical components to restore proper operation to equipment as required to perform the work (Division 23 Section "Mechanical/Electrical General Requirements")
