Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for Drainage Improvements at Carver Elementary. The contract will be awarded to the contractor, who submits the lowest most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. Award will be based on those considerations which are in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in any solicitation or bid responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Contractor shall be prepared to begin work on this project within 30 days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. All work for this project shall be completed NO LATER THAN 60 days after start date. If the Contractor is unable to meet this deadline liquidated damages will be applied as specified herein. Questions Deadline: 2/22/2024 10:00 AM (CT)
