Responses from qualified mechanical engineering consultant firms interested in completing an evaluation of the existing HVAC system components and controls of a Port owned Class A office building Design: Provide typical 30/60/90% review sets of construction plans and specifications for bid based on selected alternative. Provide updated cost estimates at each design milestone. o Permitting: Identify and procure any required permits to complete the work.
